Defective products
If any of our products are defective when received, please inform us via email within 7 days of receipt and we will email you return instructions. As soon as the returned items are received, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Returns are only allowed for defective products - not if you have changed your mind or if the product is different from what you hoped.
What if you’ve chosen the wrong size or colour?
Due to hygiene reasons, goods that have been opened and/or tried on cannot be exchanged. However, unopened goods can be returned for exchange or store credit. Please ensure you
email us first to discuss. Goods must be in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and returned with a pre-paid Australia Post satchel enclosed. All postage costs for exchanged goods are at the customers' expense.


Within Australia, we deliver items by Australia Post in pre-paid satchels to ensure the most efficient dispatch, delivery and tracking. We charge a flat rate of $11.00 inc GST for Regular Parcel Post or $14.30 inc GST for Express Post. Customers are provided with the tracking number. We are not responsible if goods are not received.

Outside Australia, we currently only ship to New Zealand, Dubai and Singapore. We charge the rate calculated by Australia Post. Not all items are trackable and we are not responsible if goods are not received.

We reserve the right to change prices of our products and the shipping without notice.
By placing an order, you are accepting that this sales transaction is to be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We will only use your information to respond to your requests. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation other than specific organisations that we work with during the process of fulfilling your order (i.e. courier and Paypal).
Credit Card Information: In order to ensure the highest level of Privacy and Security, all of our transactions (other than Direct Debits processed by you) are completed by industry expert Paypal. Email-Policy: We respect our customers' rights to a spam-free inbox. We asks for customer e-mail addresses only to provide quality customer service. We use your email address to communicate with you about your order and to maintain order history to serve you better.
If you choose to opt in for our promotional emails, we may email you periodically to let you know about new products or specials.
